A. Yes you do. All the loans we arrange are secured loans. Which means they are secured on your property. A. For a secured loan, anything between £3,000 and £75,000. For loans a lot will depend on how much equity is in your property and how much you earn. For us to give you a better idea complete the enquiry form by clicking here. A. Any reasonable purpose. If you put on your application form that it is for a new car and then build a conservatory instead, we don't mind! The money is yours to do what you want! How quickly can I get my loan? A. Surprisingly a lot is down to you. In some cases (and depending on the amount) we can complete loans in a few days. Others can take up to two weeks. Ultimately it depends on how quickly you get the documents back to us. Why cover my payments with payment protection? A. Quite simply for peace of mind. In the event you were unable to make the repayments due to redundancy, sickness or you were to have an accident, your repayments (subject to certain conditions and terms) will be made for you directly by the insurer. The majority of our customers opt for this valuable cover. We recommend you do too, although the choice is of course yours. Will I be visited by a Salesman/Saleswoman? A. No. We complete all our loans via the telephone by post and in some cases over the Internet. We would only send out a salesperson if you specifically requested it. We believe this is what our customers want. A. No. Provided you can provide us with the necessary paperwork i.e. Payslips and/or P60's we do not need to contact your employer. If however, you cannot provide us with these then we might need to. We would never do this without your permission well in advance. Your application is completely confidential and your employer would not know you are applying for finance. Can I have a loan even if I've had/got mortgage arrears? A. Of course! Having arrears definitely does not prevent you from getting a loan. If you have mortgage arrears when your loan completes, the lender will clear your arrears from the proceeds of your loan. Remember therefore if you want to borrow a specific amount, you will need to add the amount of the arrears to the amount you want to borrow. Can I have a loan if I have CCJ's and/or a bad credit rating? A. YES you can. Having CCJs and/or bad credit does not prevent you from getting a loan. You may also wish to consider clearing some or all of your CCJs with part or all of your loan. The choice is yours. It is not a condition of our loans that you have to clear any CCJs either before or after you take the loan out. You may well want the loan to clear off any old debts you may have. Most of our customers do exactly this. A. Yes you can. We have access to many lenders and their plans vary considerably. If you want the comfort of knowing that your payments won't change for a period of time, or even the duration of the loan then we can arrange this for you. A. There are no application fees or up front costs. Occasionally, in adverse credit or in unusual circumstances a service charge of up to 10% may be included enabling us to offer plans to suite your requirements. Will my application be confidential? A. Absolutely! We are registered under the Data Protection Act (DPA) (1998). Your application will only be seen by us and by the lender underwriting your loan Can I borrow more in the future? A. Yes you can. Normally your first loan with us needs to have been running for 3 months before you can apply for a further loan, however in some cases we can get around this for you. Further borrowing would also be based upon satisfactory conduct of your first account with the lender.
